That reminds me of a package (also from Germany to LI) that took a detour up to Nashua, NH. Not as far of a trip as yours, but mine also had no tracking updates for nearly two weeks after it left Germany until it popped up in Nashua. Hopefully your medal will arrive soon!

It is funny that you should mention this Harasha. I had a package from Dubai that I was waiting on and it finally arrived two days ago. I ordered it on 7/23/15. I know Dubai sounds far, but from this seller I have consistently received my packages from him almost two weeks to the day like clockwork from when I placed my order. I mentioned something to him out of worry and curiosity and he said that he has had several packages "lost" (i.e., stolen or rifled through) by the service facility in NY seemingly in bunches.

Maybe it is a group of people looking to make certain packages disappear that are affecting our shipments.

I had this happen several times, also with packages from Europe to Long Island (maybe it's Long Island's fault...), one went to New Hampshire, one to Maryland, and I think one to Massachusetts. All packages turned up safe and sound!

I had a submission to PCGS where I used an incorrect ZIP code. I watched nervously as the shipment went Out For Delivery, only to be returned to the Post Office a day or two later for processing. This repeated 4 times, with the shipment eventually arriving safely at PCGS.
