I did not realize these were gradable packs. Are these the individual cellos removed from the grocery 3-cello racks?

    Grocery cellos were not produced by Topps till 1981.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
