Ebay: Unpaid item

So, I recently sold a lot of cards for $20+. 7 days passed with no communication or payment from the buyer. I opened an unpaid item case (first time).

Now 4 days have expired and still nothing. Now what happens next? Never been down this road before and hopefully never will again.

Close the case and you will get your Ebay fees back.
