Read the description. The seller has a point or should a say three? Top left corner is touched, bottom left is curved and bottom right is furry. It's a shame this submitter always seems to have questionable cards in PSA 10 slabs.

And was a member here. Hasn't been around in a while though.
<< <i>I believe he's right. I can see the touch corners and isn't that a small wax spot on the bottom left/middle border? >>
I think it is. I have some bo Jackson rc's that have the same staining on the bottom borders.
Isn't it really on the grading company to NOT give out 10's to cards with corner hits?
<< <i>Why blame the seller for the poor looking 10?

Yes it is on the grading company which is why no one in this thread is blaming the seller.

On more(maybe) serious note, 88 topps football has some ragged card stock. Jacksons, Dolemans, Greenes among others can all look rough under close examination even in 9/10 grade. Not quite like Too Tall however. That example has multiple issues.
This is a bit disappointing Matt.

Scan from 193 shows it all:
3 soft corners, one hybrid batwinged corner. Registration on the pic of Too Tall is off, though I've seen worse on other 1988 Topps Football 10's. Edge wear on both sides with chipping. Upper border shows bleed out from the black outline into the white, though I've seen worse. Random print/oil spots upper/lower in the white. Bottom edge chipping, though somewhat hidden still noticeable. I may have missed something. It's clearly not a 10, and it's clearly a grader problem not an original seller problem or current seller problem. Place the blame, where it should be placed. It's overgraded by 3 grades, minimum
Edit to add: Centering isn't bad. I believe in giving credit where it's due, so, solid on the centering
