Fleer Laughlin World Series cards, with Clemente. 1971/1978 update

I just bought a large box of baseball cards with mostly 80’s and early 90’s cards in it. Some late 70's as well. To my pleasant surprise, there were 8 “cartoon” cards, and one was of my favorite player to collect, Roberto Clemente. After some research, it appears that the ’71 WS Clemente and ’72 WS A’s vs. Reds cards are quite rare. According to the article below, Fleer had reprinted the set around 1978 along with 7 updated cards. I would assume that all 8 cards I have are from that ’78 reprint set that Bob Laughlin was selling, accord to the ad in the article.
If anyone has any more information about these cards, please post it. If any information is incorrect, please post that as well. The more the better. Would they be worth getting graded even though they aren’t in the greatest shape? The backs appear brighter than any pictures of the original 71’s, so perhaps that would be key to getting them graded as the rarer ’78 reprint cards.
I'll probably at least get the Clemente graded to add to my Clemente collection.

<< <i>Nice purchase. The 71 WS Clemente card in high grade goes for some good coin, even in mid grade it will go for over $100 + >>
Thank you very much. The Clemente is a nice "oddball" addition to my collection. I'll probably submit it with the next batch, just to have it in a PSA case.
These are a confusing set due to the presence of the 1968 copyright on back. The 1970 Fleer Laughlin set has blue text on back. The 1971 Fleer Laughlin set has black text on back, like the ones in the OP. Both of these have 1968 on back though. The 1967 set is easier to distinguish since the fronts are in black and white instead of color, have red text on back, and the copyright says 1967.
These cards do qualify for master and super set compositions for player collectors, which contributes to why the 1971 WS card w/ Clemente on front is so desirable.

When I was young, I under appreciated this set (and other Laughlin/Fleer products). Now that I am older, I am building a lot of the sets, albeit slowly, but they represent important pieces within the hobby.
Here are some other links and information on the multiple sets/series produced.
