Based on recent 1975 Topps high grade sales should I just send to PWCC to sell this one?

After looking at prices from Heritage and PWCC would my best option to get max dollars be going through PWCC for this PSA 9 Aaron card? Seems as if a regular Ebay auction would do ok, but the last one of these that PWCC sold this year went for just under $1000. VCP is $840ish, and very few are ever offered for sale - only two have been sold in the past year in PSA 9. Thinking I should either hold or send to PWCC.
Thank you in advance for the help.

  • No, you should send it to me. That's one heck of a high grade card though.
  • First great looking card so thanks for sharing. Second I could be wrong about what I say next. Third, aren't threads like this just roundabout ways of offering a card for sale in this forum instead of the proper BST forum?

Looking for advice from more seasoned members as I'd like to know what he protocol is here.

Again, great looking card and best of luck with your sale.

That is one great card. If it were mine, I would not sell it unless I really needed the money.

I bought one of them this year. Love your card. Go with PWCC (this might get a certificate), you'll certainly get another bid from me. I think I might have two, not sure. I have to go to VCP to see how many I own, isn't that the word.

Just absolutely hate the non-ebay auction houses. Bid, bidders premium, re-bid, no auto-sniping, stay up until midnight, who are the other bidders...don't know/can't see, auction ended.. but wait, it didn't end. Bunch of crap IMO

    Prefer to buy in bulk.

Thanks for the advice everyone, and only reason I was considering selling it is I have a pair of 8.5's, plus 4-5 8's and the 9. Not wanting to sell, the 9, but I am thinking of finishing a Mantle run from 1952-1969 in 8 or higher (except for the 1952) and could afford to part with this card based on how many I own. Thank you again for all of the advice.

I think I am ok on this board since I asked for advice and did not try to sell it here give a price for sale, or say contact me with offers. Thank you for checking and the advice.

I'd go with Brent if I were looking to sell this particular card. He has a good following and great price realizations.

Why do you say you would send it in multiple times?

Send it in for a 10.
Kendall, maybe I should have bought that card when I bought the Brett rack from you.image

Kendall, what does the back look like, centered fairly well?

I've seen plenty of worse condition cards in Gem Mint holders (assuming the back of your Aaron here looks OK)...

  • Are there some print issues underneath the bottom right corner of the NL ALL STAR Outfield star?

I see 4-5 little circles or marks that is probably what's keeping this card out of a 10 holder. Perhaps it's just a scan issue though. Can you see them in hand?

You are obviously seeing something I don't see. I don't see any reason that card is not a 10 unless it's the reverse centering.
