topps rack header cards?

i must say, i know nothing about racks at all. the little i do know has been derived from the folks on this board and primarily on the 71 rack thread.

while going thru the collection, i have found numerous cards that have the same style hole punch and most of them are from '74.

so did they do rack packs w/ header cards in '74? they topps issued or secondary? any pics?

if they did come from topps directly, is it any use in attempting for them to be submitted and designated as "74 header cards"?

a few examples:

had i not been schooled on this, i simply just woulda thought all these cards simply were hole punched by a kid.

either way, if they were hole punched by a kid or by topps themselves, i think they are kinda cool!

I think these two cards were owned at one time by a kid trying out his brand new 1974 model hole puncher.

if so, the 74 model was not the best. woulda waited for the sharper, 75 model.
