eBay question: how to refund

Well, it was bound to happen. I've never had to refund a buyer before on eBay. What is the proper way to go about this? When I go to my sold items page and scroll to the item and hit "more actions", the option that seems to be the one for me is "view PayPal transaction". This takes me to my PayPal account, where "issue a refund" becomes an option. Is this the proper way to refund someone on eBay? If I do it this way, will I get my FVF refunded to me through eBay or is there another step to do that? Thanks for the help. This is what I get for selling my wife's yoga pants on eBayimage

Use the refund link on the paypal page. You will get the 3% paypal fee deducted from the refund amount. I believe you have to request a refund of FVF through ebay, with one of the options being that a refund for the item has already been issued.
