Autographed 10 peso note

Need some advice regarding an offical 10 peso note (Mexico) this note was signed by Pele in 1970 just after the Brazilian team won the world cup, my father in law is trying to find out how much the item is worth. I know the note is not worth much but with the signature on it is must be worth something. Please any advice would be appreciated.

Although there are probably a few here in the coin department that may have some insight, might have better luck over there.
