Does anyone remember these from McDonalds?

This was a scratch off quiz game from 1979. Answer the question correctly as noted by a "hit" and win a free sundae. I found about 15 of these in one of my few boxes of stuff that did not get thrown out.

yep; I remember those....My sister worked at a McDonalds at the time (Doylestown, PA) & she would bring them home....I do recall eating a lot of sundaes that year.
