Is this even worth grading?

See the 1955 Ted Williams in this photo, is it even worth grading as the centering fails to meet any PSA standard?

It will get an MC (miscut) qualifier, equivalent to a two grade drop for registry purposes. If it's otherwise in decent shape, I would go ahead and get it graded.

So what could be the highest it would grade? For arguments sake let's say corners are perfect, no creases or stains or surface wrinkles. Let's say the only problem is the miscut.

Reason I ask is I have a friend looking to sell everything in the photo to me and I want to gauge the value correctly.

9(MC) is the highest it could possibly grade, so PSA7-ish money for it if that's the case.

I would only grade if the card has sentimental feelings attached. If purely for monetary reasons I would say no
