Pack grading questions

Does anyone know when PSA will be grading Pre 1957 Packs? I have a 1951 Blue Back pack that I would like to have graded and it looks like they are not grading anything like that at this time. I also have a 1954 Bowman FB penny pack and I know they graded them before. But I dont recall there being an issue with these type of packs before.
I just checked the Submission center before I mailed them off an saw this.
Has this been like this for a while? Anyone know when they might grade these type of packs again?

PSA will only grade these at this time.
Baseball Packs: 1957-present - both Wax and Cello regular issue/size.

"Please refer to “Important Note” about available pack holders on our website."

"An Important Note About Available Pack Holders

Prior to submitting packs to PSA, please check the list below for the most up-to-date list of available holder sizes. This list will contain the types of packs and sizes that the PSA pack holder can currently accommodate. Keep in mind that PSA is in the process of creating several new holders so checking the list prior to submission is of the utmost importance.

The following packs can be graded by PSA at this time:

Baseball Packs: 1957-present - both Wax and Cello regular issue/size.

Basketball Packs: 1957/58 Topps, 1961/62 Fleer and 1972-Present issues. Note - PSA cannot grade Tall Boys such as 1969/70 or 1976/77 Topps issues.

Football Packs: 1957-present - both Wax and Cello. Note - PSA cannot grade Tall Boys such as the 1965 Topps issue.

Hockey Packs: 1957-present - both Wax and Cello. Note - PSA cannot grade Tall Boys such as the 1964/65 Topps issue.

Miscellaneous Sports/Non-Sports Packs: 1957-present - both Wax and Cello. Note - PSA cannot grade Tall Boy issues, which there are many in this category.

Additional Note: Oddball-sized packs, such as 1975 Minis, cannot be graded at the present time. Please continue to check this page for updates.

Please keep in mind that this list is subject to change as PSA develops new holder sizes."

Wow, thats news to me. I actually have a '56 pack there now that wouldn't be accepted today under those guidelines.

I think that note on PSA's web site is way old. They had the reference to 1975 mini's there at the time when I submitted and they graded several of those packs.

Those terms also stipulate that they don't grade 75 mini packs but they do.

That is very old verbiage and should be updated.
