A Box Factory website down

Just placed an order with these guys last week and since Friday I've been unable to access their website (aboxfactory.com). When I attempt to go there, it displays a message suggesting the account has been suspended. Anyone else get this message and/or know anything about an impending closure? Tried emailing last week as well but no response as of yet.
