Who is this? Bo Belinsky?

I recently came across this old picture of a ballplayer with a Cardinals uniform and jacket on. Someone had written on the bottom of the photo that it was Bo Belinsky. But, in checking Baseball Reference, I found that Belinsky never played for the Cardinals. Who is it?

It's Belinsky. Cardinals acquired him from Houston in the rule 5 draft in December of 1968. His contract was then sold to the Angels in April of 1969. He only appeared in a few spring training games with the Cards.

Edit to add: His contract was purchased from the Angels by the Pirates July 30th 1969.

He made it onto a Cardinals card too.
