i agree with dm23hof...in fact thats a solid 9 at worst....great card...in fact i kind of really like the top rough cut...really adds to it visually...imho
Interested in higher grade vintage cards. Aren't we all.
I recently added a PSA 10 Hannah with a little bit of a rough cut on bottom. They don't penalize it if it seems to be a factory cut. But if there's chipping, they treat it differently. Fine line sometimes. But count me as somebody who likes them rough!

I love the rough cut on OPC cards; wouldn't touch a rough cut Topps card. I've found that collecting cards over a 30 year period has highlighted some oddities within me that I am just going to have to live with...
