I think this is the best 2 I've ever seen

Just got my renewal sub cards back today and for the most part got what I was expecting. This one perplexes me. If anyone has any insight I would love to hear it. I for the life of me can't see any creases or paper loss of any kind that would bring this sucker down to a 2. Is it the red across the back? I thought that may be a print defect or something but maybe that's it. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Did you request no qualifiers when you subbed?

Nope. That's why I'm perplexed. It's not a wax stain or anything like that. No PD qualifier. I have no idea.

I would crack and resubmit. That is a harsh grade from what I can tell. I would think a another try at it would result in a higher grade. Having said that it seems like PSA grader of death is more active these days. Nice looking card regardless of the grade.

I agree that you are not going to see a much nicer 2. I know its being real picky, but is it possible that the white spot on the right side of the card next to the red mark is a SLIGHT bit of paper loss? Either way, I'd still crack and resub. Good luck. Let us know what happens.
