strange same mailing address of different people...help please.

I've had mulitple winners with the same address of 1850 Airport Exchange Blvd #200 Erlanger, KY 41025. Is this an address that I can ship within the US that ultimately goes overseas? So confused. Anyone else come across this? Is the cost for me the seller the same as a basic US shipment?

    usually these people are in the armed forces.

    part of the gsp (global shipping program).

    ship there, they do the paperwork correctly and fwd.

    thus eliminating headaches, a ton of waiting and stall times and extra shipping costs.

    plus they can buy from sellers that wont ship overseas for all the above reasons

    are you sure? One guy that lives in Australia has no idea what I'm talking about. How can it cost me 5.85 priority if it ultimately goes over seas...something is totally amiss and I'm wondering if anyone on these boards knows what it's all about and if it's safe.

    yes, they have an account. you only pay what it costs to get it there. they pay for everything else from that point on...

    ahhhh...ok, that makes sense. Still seems stressful for returns, insurance etc...thanks so much for your help.

    Yes, I have shipped there before. It is the address for the Global Shipping Program through eBay.
