Funny how the word "hoard" created a craze and psychological analysis of said, and how we look at horders as crazy. I guess we is.
Collecting these dimes is just 1 tiny aspect of my entire collecting habits. Attempting to assemble an entire 48 coin set of these in 66FB or higher is what a would now label a daunting task that may not ever get completed, but I am having fun none the less. I will say that since Roosevelt dime collectors in general have stayed away from these "Novelty" labels, I am finding that there are quite a few gems in the slabs that have gone unnoticed, including a few RPM's and of the such. I also have a few really beautiful toned examples.
Bottom line is we all collect what we love.
