Need help with maybe RARE National Packtime

I am trying to find information out about a card #2 Don Mattingly National Packtime 1995 Topps. All the checklists I can find dont list it as #2. By the way, this is a "proof" looking card and it is on an uncut sheet which contains multiples. Any ideas as of value? Previous sales? Thanks in advance for your help! Rocky
