Storing Large PSA Registry Sets

My apologies if this has been covered before, but I couldn't find anything when using the search function. Anyway, was curious to hear how those who have large PSA registry sets (600+ cards) store them?
Was thinking it would be nice to keep a full set together in some kind of large storage box/case, but most, if not all of the storage boxes I've come across only hold 140 cards.. Also unless I'm mistaken, even the largest case sold by 70toppsfanatic can only hold 410. Does anyone know of anything on the market that could hold a 600+ card set? Curious to hear how those that have sets this large store/display them!
Thanks!!

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
As djr pointed out, the new holders are a little bigger/thicker. I noticed that recently as well.
I believe a forum member here makes these to order.
(p.s. I have no affiliation with those who make/sell them, but do own 2 and they are quite nice)

1 - Weight: My 1957 Topps baseball set (407 cards) fits in a single model 300. The whole thing weighs 75 pounds.
How heavy is too heavy?
2 - Foam Thickness: Getting enough foam thickness above and below the slabs is critical in preventing cracked slabs
in the event that a case falls or gets dropped. While there are some cases which might allow for a double-stack of trays
we would have to take into account the weight of the upper tray on the lower tray to make sure it could sustain its
protective characteristics in the event of a fall/drop with an additional 70 or so pounds of weight from the upper tray sitting
on top of it.
Personally I'm using 2 of the model 300s to hold my 1972 Topps BB set (I use 3 model 200s for my 1970 set). They stack nicely,
and can be lifted without much risk of a hernia (a single case for either of these sets would approach 150 pounds fully loaded).
If there was a reasonable interest in a double-stack model we could do some preliminary design work.
Hope that helps.
