Is this a good 1971 Topps rack pack?

The 'tire track' seams look good. Has the header card. Not sure if the price would be considered way excessive. It is being marketed as a high number pack. Cards are 5th and 6th series, except card #519, Willie Crawford. The 5th series started with card #524 so I think this could be an issue.
edited to add: The fact that one is encouraged to open rather than get graded may also be a red flag.

- It has the correct header card
- It has the correct cross-hatched hanging "punch" with diamond plastic "cut-out" for the series
- It has the correct tire-track seams
Lersch (6th series card on top) with Crawford (5th series card on bottom) of cell closest to the header
card is very questionable. Normally series do not get mixed in a single cell.
Priced at $3,000 is a fantasy.

<< <i>I've never aeen a rack with mixed series cards in same cell, either with series or sheets. Seller is from NC. >>
Those are the two red flags for me as well. For a little history, the Barry brothers are from North Carolina and are very good at resealing rack packs. IIRC in 2009 or so, they sold a partial box on eBay with a bunch of legit looking 1971 Topps Baseball rack packs and one of the CU board members at the time, proofer2 I believe, purchased at least one from them and indicated the rack was bad.
I want to make it clear that I don't believe this seller is associated with them, but could have purchased it from them being they live in the same state. I've never seen a mixed series within the same section either unless the rack pack was no good. I personally would not purchase it, but that is just my opinion as I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Who are the Barry Brothers? I would be interested in hearing their story.
