Help needed on uploading pics to Registry

MCMLVToppsMCMLVTopps Posts: 4,838 ✭✭✭✭✭
I am trying to upload pics to my Luis Tiant Master Set.

I have managed to upload two pics, but they do not fill the viewing area as I've seen in other sets. I'm missing a step or two somewhere that will enable me to correct my problem.

If you are familiar with this process and have the time, pls go to the Luis Tiant Master Set. My set is listed under Teddy Ballgame, but you'll know right away which one it is. Pls take a look at the two pics I've uploaded and give me some pointers on how to do it correctly.

Tks for you time and advice !!

Looked at your scans and it appears that you are not resizing
your picture ......................you need to get rid of all that dead space........ on your screen after
you scan your card.......... go to the bottom .......hold your left click browser down .......and drag upwards
all the way to the edge of the card .........do the same thing on the right side...........drag to
the left all the way to the edge of the card.............also make sure you lay your card on the scanner
in the front right corner ! You should have dotted lines around your card scan ! Click no you do not want
to scan another card ! That will take you to the finished scan ! I always check to make sure I'm happy with
it .........and I right click my browser to hit " rename " my card title !
Hope I didn't confuse you ............takes a little practice to drag the lines , but gets easier as you keep
    scanning !

Do this when you first scan the card.

Its also called cropping and on my photo editing I need to click on custom cropping to get one side/line o move independent of another.

Thanks to Robby and jay0791...without your advice, I'd still be lost.

The big thing that I was missing was "preview", prior to scanning, this is what allowed me to crop the pics and upload properly.

Well, I got the first two fixed, only about 93 to go...it'll take me a while, but if you're a Tiant fan, you'll see all his cards (minus about 5, soon to come) in my Master Set.

    Enjoy, and thanks again!!
