    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    An incredibly genuine man with a huge amount a endless baseball stories. He should be in the Hall of Fame!

    I had the privilege to meet Billy twice during signings for the All Star Fan Fest in the early 2000's. He was an incredibly nice guy. On the drive home from the National today I was listening to their sports station and they were talking about all the amazing things he did for the city through charity work and appearances, and just willing to give everybody the time of day whenever he was approached. The White Sox have lost too many greats this year. RIP Mr Pierce.
