How do you submit to PCGS for First Strikes?

For the upcoming Ike's how do you submit for First Strike status. Do you send in the sealed box in a flat rate box or do you open up the box and just submit the coins.

Just send them in before the 30 day cutoff date and mark first strike on the submission form.

Not happy that bulk submitters get it for free.
