Stolen Coin

I had a coin stolen from a registered package. I am out of the country so my business partner picked up my mail at our joint P.O. box. He signed for it and was given a plastic bag containing the ripped open small parcel with a note from our P.O. that it arrived in that condition and without contents. Now the hassel begins.
The coin was purchased on Ebay and shipped from Germany. I have bought from this seller before. The normal route was from Ger-ISC New York-Kearny N.J.-
Allen Park M.I.- Final destination. The tracking on this parcel shows from Ger-Final destination.
Anyway the coin is a scarce German 5 Mark Oak Tree 1932-E. PCGS 64 710135.64/32235752 Only 2 coins have been graded and both are 64's One at
PCGS and one at NGC.
