HELP!.......WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?.......HELP!

im building the 1961 topps football set in psa 8 or higher and i have a problem! if you look at the 61 topps football set on the registry it says there are 199 cards in the set, #1-#198 and then AD1 martin/shaw/smith. my problem is that ive owned 3 "raw" complete sets (198 cards) from this year and ive been in the hobby for 20+ years and i have never seen the card AD1 martin/shaw/smith. beckett does not list it as part of the set and psa does not list the card in the smr or the population report! so is it real or just a mistake on the psa set registrys part? i want to contact someone who is in controll of the set registry and ask them about this card becouse if its just a mistake then id like it removed from the set listing or if its real i want to ask why its not listed in the smr or pop report. if any other collectors out there know of this card or who i should contact about this card please respond to this thread.
