The first spouse and presidential dollar US Mint capsules are the same.
When submitting to PCGS you can either:
1) remove them from the capsules and submit in flips
or
2) submit in the capsules and ask for them back
PCGS, in an effort to remove them from the capsules, will sometimes crack the capsules.
I want them uncracked and undamaged, although some minor marks are ok.
I'll pay $1 each plus your costs to mail them to me(within reason). We can discuss costs before closing the deal.
