good looking stan the man Psa 9?

Maybe its the scan, but seems like a notch on side of this card. I have some cards like this, I figured they would be dropped to a 6 or so. Perhaps I need to send them in, and I am being too critical of prescreening cards. Maybe it comes from the factory like that.

I had an 1981 Donruss Golf card with larger notches than this that came back PSA 10. It was factory made notches as many of the cards had the same notches.
