Anyone seen this Swiss medal before?

My mother-in-law passed away a week ago and my wife found this medal gong through her belongings. It looks like an advertising medal for tourists but I told her I'll ask to see if anyone has seen one before. TIA.

It is on a rope/string thingy that goes around the neck.
