1986 psa 9 set comparison help

I am looking at buying an 86 Topps Football set in psa 9.....
Not fully complete but about 90%. I have a set of 86 Fleer basketball in
All psa 8 and am thinking of selling it to buy the 86 Topps
Football set. So just getting opinions on what the value of the football
Set would be when complete and whether you want the 86 basketball set
In psa 8 or the football set in psa 9 and reasons

I personally would take the Basketball set in 8's all day every day. The football set is nice and has a few nice cards
but don't think value wise will hold up in the long to the basketball. You also have the expense of chasing the other
    10 percent.

I love both sets. The 86 Fleer set is my favorite BK set and the 86 Topps is my favorite FB set. That said, if I were to pick having the BK in 8 or FB set in 9, I would pick the BK all day, everyday. I guess I would need to know what you could sell the BK set for and what you could buy the FB set for. I admittedly don't know much about the collecting the FB set in 9 as I only own one card (the Rice) and am only in the market for one more (the Young). If you are doing this for investment purposes I would think the Fleer set has a much bigger market than the FB set. Just look at how many people are doing each registry set. I think this difference only widens. If you decide to make this trade off I am curious to know if the FB set costs more or less than what you sell your BK set for. Also, are the main cards (HOF RCs and low pops) already included in the FB set or are some of them part of the 10% you still need to fill?
