Panini UK football sticker experts....

Is this a UK back? PSA labeled it as such, but I'm starting to doubt it. I wasn't able to find a scan of the back of a UK Tippett, but I saw the backs of other stickers from the same UK set and they all had blue ink and it looks like maybe this one should list vitals as well, like date of birth. Can anybody clue me in whether this is a UK sticker or whether PSA made a mistake?
