Weird Paypal Transactions

Today I had to ship out a couple of things...purchased postage via ebay. Usually, when doing that, it is listed as "ebay shipping inc" under the transaction listing

Todays listings (4 of them) were

Treasury Account Administrator
Treasury Account Analyst
Richard Brezovec (2 like this)

The amounts are the exact amounts for the shipping I printed out.....just seemed weird

I had Richard Brezovec pop up today for shipping and his name showed up a few months ago as well. It was corrected in between.
