I've never attempted to cross a card from SGC to PSA before. I'd like this Brooks in a PSA 9 holder if possible, but I am definitely not willing to crack it out. I guess my question is, is a crossover like this likely to happen? To me the card looks like a solid PSA 9, I'm just not familiar with the crossing process. I guess there is not much to lose by trying.

<< <i>If you send it in as a crossover, you are almost guaranteed to get an 8. Crack and submit you at least would have a chance at a 9. L/R centering might be the only draw back on that card even though it's technically probably within PSA 10 standards. >>
He can specify 9 as the minimum grade and they won't crack it out unless it meets the minimum grade.

Yeah....it's only a $100 card, and a cross over at 10-day including the insurance would run $35, I'd just hate to waste the $$$ if crossing is unlikely.

Yeah that too. Probably 75% of what I sub are cards I cracked out. It only takes a few victories to cover the losses on the ones that do not cross.
