Bargaining for Commission Rates At Heritage Auctions

A friend of mine has come to me for advice on this one; he has a couple of upper four to mid-five figure coins and was asking me if there were any "special" rates he might get in selling through them at a Signature Auction. Don't know this angle as I am generally a buyer. I have heard they negotiate for nicer pieces, can anyone give me details either here or through PM?
