If you want to keep it simple just figure 20 business days in any calender month.

Plan for 3 months to keep your sanity. Otherwise you'll be checking your submission status way too often.

Not exact, but approximately:

[ (quantity calendar days) x 5 / 7 ] - (quantity holidays during calendar day period) = (quantity business days)
