Why did this '71 Topps High Number sell for so much?

This is from a Greg Morris set break that ended last night. I bid on about 125 cards and won 20. A PSA 7 sells for around $40.

    Centering?

  • With the numerous surface issues, I think it would be a 6.

Other than it's a Greg Morris auction, the only other explanation I see is this:

    30-Day Summary
    Total bids: 765
    Items bid on: 753
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 80%

This card could be better than you think. 75's sometimes don't look as good when scanned. The bottom corners and edges might be reflecting a little light, the card is also very well centered.
