There are about 15 Bess Truman proofs left-- last sales showed 1845. There were 30 available this morning-- 15 went really quick. They could always make more, of course...

She's no longer available in proof at the moment from the mint's site. There are also only 5 Proof Hardings left.

How come the Bess Truman gold spouse proof coins are listed at the mint as currently unavailable while the Kennedy gold spouse proof coins are listed as on backorder? What is the difference. The assumption is they are making more of both. Why not list the Truman's as being on backorder?

A funny thing seems to be going on - the Mint is in bed with a bunch of Dealers. But the Coin consumer is the only
one getting scr*wed.
