Strangest result from automated ebay search

Every morning I get a bunch of emails from ebay from my automated searches. Occasionally I get one that has nothing to do with what I am looking for but this morning's result was the strangest ever. I search for "Gretsky" and as a result found this great piece of land in Utah.

there is a "Gretsky" quote in the description.
