Selling as a set is tough. Breaking up the set may be the best option.

If it were my set I would think about great collections there reputation is real strong and the traffic has been increasing.

You may think about offering the keys here on the BST.

If you sell it all as a set you will basically have to wholesale the set. If you sell all individually it may take longer to get rid of them all, but you will get more money out of them that way. You also have a few different venues to work with, starting with the BST right here. The you have Great Collections, Heritage, and Ebay just for starters.
