Ebay goosing the quarterly numbers? 4X Ebay Bucks AND 10% coupons!

I got the usual 4X Ebay Bucks offer this morning, so I did some shopping. I noticed a "Pay as little as xxx, Show me how" link above the Ebay Bucks amount on the listings I was looking at, so I moused over the "Show me how" and it said I had a 10% off coupon good through Friday. NO email, no Ebay message about it, but it definitely was there. I ended up purchasing an old 24.96 odd weight Ag bar for $550, net for $444 after the coupon, Ebay Bucks and CC rebate - the coupon worked just fine. Now, here's where it gets really interesting. The next item I looked at also had the "Pay as little, show me how" numbers, too. I moused over and Ebay has given me ANOTHER 10% off coupon (different Redemption code than the first one), coupon good through Saturday.

I'm gonna keep using them and see how many I can get. What a deal!!!image

    They don't even tell me how many ebay bucks I can earn.

    No kidding. I've never received multiple ebay bucks offer. Kind of stinks too, because I use it quite often. And not just for coin related stuff.

    I think I got every bonus deal offer last year, and used them.

    This year... zip.
    When in doubt, don't.

    I actually got one of the 10% coupons... no email about it though, just saw it when I went to some eBay listings.

    I love this much more as a seller though. Before I even noticed I had a coupon, I noticed a definite increase in offers coming in on my listings and on sales too. I think these coupons sometimes turn those folks watching items for awhile into buyers! Works for me image

    I used to see the "how many buck you can earn" but no longer see it anywhere.

    Oh well, would have bought something for sure.

    Just used the second 10% coupon to buy some silver under spot. Looks like it was the last one - no new one has appeared yet...

    Still have 4X Ebay Bucks through Thursday...

    Strange I have the 4X bucks deal but a different coupon that is only good for some electronic items, phones, computer, etc. and it is for 10$ not 10%. image

    Of note, I very rarely, if ever, get emails about the bonus eBay bucks. However, if I just go to eBay's homepage I see the bonus bucks offer and just need click a button to activate it.

    1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.

    No 10% for me

    But the time before last was a great ebay bucks day. This one, not so hot. One ounce gold only 15 under spot is too risky for me to jump on in this market.

    I'll probably hunt a small gold coin near spot.

    I've gotten a 10% coupon before along with the eBay bucks but just the 4x bucks this time.

    And the 10% coupon was single use so if I were you I'd be loading up on stuff.

    Be sure you are getting the full promo before buying. I noticed some non-bullion coin items are not showing the full 4X while others are.

    Yes. Anything listed in a regular bullion category won't get Ebay Bucks. On the first item I bought, the seller re-listed it in a category that gets Ebay Bucks (nice seller! It should have been in a different category anyway). The second item was already in an Ebay Bucks category. There are a few sellers who regularly list bullion in non-bullion categories.

    I'm saying there's a glitch. Some non-bullion category items are not giving the promo bucks like they should. Double check before making the purchase.

    Items that have a projected end date beyond the end of the promotion will not show the 4X Bucks. I'm not saying that is your case, but it is one reason the promo bucks won't show on some listings.

    getting annoying checking them one by one but going back to any offer considered is not desirable.

    it is under customize, top right. # of offers adds a new column.

    BUT, it seems this is only applicable to active (not expired) offers.

    now i gotta find a link/option to show ANY offer to any listing.
