Lovely coin. Was it part of a 1951 proof set you pick up or was it a single?

I do not know how a TPG would view the coin (grade or body bag, CAM or no CAM) but I suspect that many Lincoln collectors who favor non RD coins would really want to own this coin.

I have a raw 1950 proof cent that looks very similar to your 1951. It have very nice color on both sides and has heavily frosted devices. It also has filmy haze on the reverse.

I would doubt that a TPG would give a CAM designation to your coin or to mine.

    I bought an auction lot that said in part, "Group of 33 proof coins. 7x 1¢, 10x 5¢, 5x 10¢, 6x 25¢, 4x 50¢, 1x $1.00 SBA". I got lucky, all but the SBA were 1950-1960.

what a very stunning example here
i love the color of this one...LOTS & LOTS

    as to being awarded cameo
sorry to say but i'm not seeing it

this coin doesn't need it anyway to separate it to the top of the crowd

    my guess is it's about a PR65BN

congrats on the score and thanks for sharing it's beauty with us
hopefully if you do put it up for sale...i have the $$$ and see it being offered too image
