Problems with registry set rankings?

I just went into my Registry Set of Washington quarters and selected the "What If" option..... my what if rating immediately drops below my current rating, when I select a coin to upgrade my "new" ranking is still below my current rating???
What we've got here is failure to communicate.....

Successful BST xactions w/PCcoins, Drunner, Manofcoins, Rampage, docg, Poppee, RobKool, and MichealDixon.

    Maybe your problem will be more clear if you reword that a little.

    I bet the software hasn't been updated in the what if area to accommodate the changes in the registry set ratings....ie + grades,top pops,etc get a boost now.
