Thanks to member mknez for allowing me to sub these few cards. Submitted the best of some cheap buys I've had over a few years that I just never took the time to submit before - all stuff (save for the last card) that I got in packs or bought for $1 or $2 at shows. Most will sell in the $15 to $25 range but not bad when I have $10 or less into all but the last one.

Thanks, Eloy! I don't plan to hold anything but happy nonetheless. Will scan for selling though.

MINT 9 1978 Topps 707 Rookie Shortstops Card (Molitor)...pumped about this. It is a stunner, so it deserved the 9, but we know what a card deserves and what it gets aren't always the same thing.

Just out of curiosity, did you submit this Molitor RC using the $99 or less declared value prices?
There seems to be some difference of opinion amongst collectors as to when PSA requires a ”bump” to be paid to account for the additional ”value added” by receiving a Mint 9...

Wow - I was thinking more $300 - ecstatic to get $400 and change (which ebay sales confirm)...awesome!

Nope - it was the cheap May special. Only once have I had PSA come back due to value add (crossed a bgs 9.5 Jordan fleer rc to a PSA 10). I have had other $1 cards come back as quite a bit more valuable, but the Jordan is a valuable raw card - not sure if that makes a difference?
