I think the eBay swcoins is in the Carolina's, not Texas.

blu62vette is correct. I have purchased coins from Steve Weber/Island Point Collectibles, on ebay as swcoins, and based in Harrisburg, NC. Good experiences with that company. This appears to be a different company with a similar name, yet I am unfamiliar with this one.
