RIP Buddy Landel

Just got word on the passing of 1980's wrestler "Nature Boy" Buddy Landel. I used to enjoy watching him back when I was a kid in the NWA..he was a very good interview as well. I heard he was involved in a car accident today and once home, his wife found him dead a few hours later. Details are still sketchy. First Tommy Rogers, then Dusty and now Buddy. It's been a rough year to say the least.
Always looking for OPC "tape intact" baseball wax boxes, and 1984 OPC baseball PSA 10's for my set. Please PM or email me if you have any available.

I remember him well. In particular, he was involved in a blood bath tag team match that was televised on ESPN with
Buddy Rose vs The Midnight Rockers. Vividly remember it more than 25 years later.

    RIP Buddy.

I don't follow wrestling, so forgive my ignorance, but wasn't Ric Flair the nature boy?

Buddy Rogers was the original. Then Ric Flair. In this TV interview Buddy Landell says he is taking over.

    You're no Buddy Landell

This guy had lot of of drug problems and never really was that big of a star.

Easily one of the best promos ever.

I was cracking myself up last week saying Intensified beef products. All man. Haha.

You're talking to: The Rolex wearing, Diamond ring wearing, kiss stealing, wheeling dealing, limousine riding, jet flying, son of a gun and I am having a hard time holding these alligators down. image
