Enjoyed watching him play and subsequently on MLB Network as a commentator.

    Apparently, his gf killed him, then committed suicide. Their 14 month old son was unharmed.

    Just saw this on ESPN. Sad to hear about this. I remember when he played for the Giants. RIP and condolences to the family (sounds like he now has an orphaned infant son).

    That's the sad world we live in.

    When Dale Earnhardt died, I had a bunch of stuff I could have sold for some good money but couldn't bring myself to do it. That stuff still sits in my closets.
