After a quick search, it appears that psa.gems ties back to a guy by the name of Keith Koenig, Co-Owner at Cardboard Gems, LLC.
As for the Duncan card, there are more examples being sold by other Ebay sellers that look and fit in the PSA holder the same way. I don't know much about basketball, so is it possible these cards are a little smaller from the factory? I would post the pictures, but I have not figured out how to do that just yet.

I guess you would have to decide it for yourself. Look at the beautiful PSA 10 Montana they are selling. It looks to have plenty of room to operate inside of that holder and also has a sweet ding in the top left corner of the card. I am sure this guy won't ever be accused of having cards that are undergraded or oversized.

Is this the same queencitysports that sells boxes under qcsportscards.net?

I have bought from psa.gems before and he claims his name is Keith. What is the deal with this seller? Any info would be appreciated.
