What should it cost to put together a 1935 National Chicle football set in about PSA 2 condition (wi

I don't usually collect unsigned cards, but I do think this set is kind of cool. What kind of $$$ outlay would one have to make in order to put together a complete set in about PSA 2 condition (without the Nagurski)?

There are 36 total cards correct? 1-24 are relatively easy and 25-36 are fairly tough?

Thanks,

If you are going to do this for $3500 you are going to have to grade some yourself. Many of these just don't come up in PSA 2 often at all. I tried this and not knowing what was trimmed or not I never bought raw. I gave up after three years of looking for graded 2's. If you are going to stick to graded 2's and not go raw when you see one you better bid like you want to win it.
