I'll throw in this very nice 1961 cameo proof quarter graded PR68CAM by ICG. looks to be all there. Any scratch that appears to be on the coin turns out to be reflection off the plastic. I can't find any issues and to top it off it has a very good chance at being the obverse double die. Clear doubling I would have called repunched but because an obv. Double die is recognized by NGC ( didn't check PCGS) this has a high probability of being that variety. Some doubling can be seen in my picture at the bottom of "LIBERTY" and "IN GOD WE TRUST". Returns ok minus my postage cost ( only $2-$3 for first class). Should be a home run if it's the double die. PCGS does recognize the variety. Just found one sold by Heritage in PR66 for $70 in 2013 not a cameo.
