PCGS REGRADE OPTION Question

Hi All!

Does anyone know if when using PCGS regrade option, is the same cert number used when re graded and encapsulated or do they get a new cert number?

You get a new cert number on re-grades always. If you choose reconsideration you get a new cert number only if the coin upgrades.
